That’s totally fine. Small stores often improve faster because there’s less complexity to untangle.

What should I have before the audit?

You should have at least a few products, and some traffic or sales history (even if small). The more signals we can analyze, the sharper the recommendations. If you're pre-launch, the audit can still help, but it’ll lean more strategic than diagnostic.

What platforms do you work with?

We focus on Shopify. If you’re on something else, we can still audit, but our recommendations assume a Shopify-style setup.

Can you help with ads?

We can advise on ads and creative direction. But the audit primarily focuses on fixing your retail engine first: Offer, merchandising, retention.
