Since claims are made through the comments during the live sale, we review them after the live ends to ensure we accurately determine who claimed each product first.

No. We require payment on an order within 48 hours of them being sent to you. This is done to reserve your items, so we can set them aside for you.

Products bought during the Live Sale are final sale, which means they cannot be refunded or exchanged.

We make every effort to detail any defects or quirks in every product shown during the live.

Some live sale items have a limited quantity available. We go by who claimed first during the live sale.

Because many claims come in at the same time, especially for limited quantity items, we determine claims based on the order of comments visible from our side. In some cases, we'll also announce who received the claim during the live to help avoid confusion.

Some products will be unique one-offs. In these cases, you will get the exact piece shown during the live sale. These products will be announced during the live.
