Ordering & Shipping
Order online through our secure website, join our Instagram Live Sales Mondays at 6:15 PM, call us for assistance, contact us for private shopping, or shop in person at our Kitchener, ON, store.
We ship via Canada Post and UPS, or you can choose free local pickup. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout. Unpaid pickup orders are held for 2 weeks, then returned to stock unless you request an extension.

Shipping within Canada is a $19 flat rate, or free on orders over $300 (before tax and after discounts). Shipping to the U.S. is a flat rate, but it can vary by weight and destination. All shipping is calculated at checkout.
You’ll receive email updates as your order moves through processing, or log into your account to check order status anytime. You can contact us at any time to request your order status.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Please consider any shipping time offered to you by us or other parties as an estimate only. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Express shipping is our fastest delivery method, and your package should arrive promptly.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
If something is out of stock, we’ll email you with substitute options. If we don’t hear back in 24 hours, we’ll refund the item and ship the rest.
Delays happen, especially for international orders. If your tracking hasn’t updated or something seems stuck, contact us, and we’ll help.
No. We don’t combine orders or offer open boxes due to fulfillment issues.
Once your order is confirmed, it’s locked in. We follow a strict 1-day pick, 2-day pack schedule, so orders move into processing quickly and can’t be changed after confirmation. If you need to make changes, the best option is to place a new order.
No. We don’t offer drop shipping. We’ve found that working directly with our wholesale partners helps ensure the best experience on both sides, from order to delivery.
No. Anyone can shop our collection. A business is only required for wholesale pricing.
Start with bestsellers like tumbled stones, bracelets, and carvings. Our curated bundles and crystal healing database are great tools to build your brand and educate your customers. Yes, for qualifying products. The minimum is $5,000 CAD with 50% down. Contact us to get started. Custom orders are ideal for carvings, sculptures, beads & bracelets, statement pieces and typically require a 6–12 week lead time. Contact support to discuss your needs.
There’s no minimum order. Whether you’re just getting started or restocking shelves, we’re here to support your business at every stage.
This usually means your cart includes heavy items, an issue with the address or a product that isn’t eligible for shipping. Try removing large/heavy items (like soapstone or boulders) or contact us for help.
We ship soapstone blocks and kits internationally and soapstone chunks and boulders within Canada only. If you're in Canada and looking to buy rough soapstone chunks or boulders, the minimum order is 1000 lbs. Contact Support if you would like to learn more.
Yes. Please contact us immediately after confirming the order or prior to the confirmation, so we can change the shipping address for that order.
If a product isn’t showing online, it may be out of stock or temporarily hidden. If there are any products you’re unable to locate, please contact us, and we’ll help.
Wholesale
Apply at stonebridgeimports.com/wholesale. Approval takes 1–3 business days.
Nope! Our retail store and warehouse is open to everyone—no appointment or wholesale account needed. Just drop in during store hours and explore.
Wholesale apps are reviewed and processed weekly. Normally, it takes 1-3 business days for a response. If you haven’t heard from us after 3 days, reach out, and we’ll be happy to help.
We approve businesses that sell or use crystals in their services. For example, retail shops, metaphysical stores, jewelers, healers, or artisans.
Wholesale pricing is 50% off retail. Bulk discounts may apply depending on purchase volume and the type of product being purchased.
Log in with your approved wholesale account. Wholesale pricing is hidden until you're logged in.
If you’re logged in but not seeing your wholesale pricing, it’s possible that:
- Your wholesale account is not fully activated yet.
- You may have accidentally created a second account with a different email.
- You’re logged into a retail profile instead of your approved wholesale profile.
Please double-check you’re using the correct email tied to your approved wholesale account. If you’re still having trouble, contact us and we’ll review your account and fix any issues.
Payment & Taxes
We accept most forms of payment including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, e-Transfer (CAD only), interact, apple pay, and cash (in-store only).
No. We don’t offer Net 30 or similar terms. For flexible payment, use Affirm or shop through our Faire store.
We offer tax exemption in-store with a valid indigenous Status Card. For online orders, tax exemption is only available if the order is shipped directly to a reserve address.
We cannot apply a point-of-sale exemption for online orders delivered off-reserve. As stated by the Government of Ontario:
“Vendors are not allowed to provide the rebate at the time of purchase when goods are purchased via the Internet or other ways that do not allow the vendor to verify the Certificate of Indian Status card.”
Your invoice is available in your account under “Order History.” A packing slip is also included with your shipment. Alternatively, the invoice can be found in the order confirmation email after paying for your order.

Our crystals are ethically sourced from trusted suppliers around the world, including Brazil, India, Madagascar, Mexico, Morocco, China, and beyond. We work closely with our partners to ensure responsible practices and quality at every step.

Each product listing includes the crystal’s grade and origin. We use a standardized grading system:
- E - Highest quality
- A - Second-highest
- B - Lower quality
Grading considers key factors such as:
- Colour - Richness and saturation
- Clarity & transparency - From clear to opaque, depending on the type
- Formation - Shape, structure, polish
- Origin - Some sources are known for producing higher-grade material
In some cases, our suppliers pre-grade the crystals before they arrive. We do our best to ensure consistency, but since every piece is natural, some variation is expected.
No, the Crystal Database is available to all customers for educational purposes. However, a registered business is required to qualify for a wholesale account.
We use general size categories (e.g., Small, Medium, Large) based on average stone dimensions. Each bag is pre-packed by weight (not by piece count), and the number of pieces can vary widely depending on the stone type and supplier.
Tumbled stones are generally packaged in 1lb bags, and chips are in 500g or 1kg bags. We work with multiple suppliers, each with their sizing standards, so the safest bet is to expect the lower end of the range.

No. Our inventory changes too frequently. The website is always the most up-to-date source.

Yes. We send soapstone samples for lab testing to confirm safety.
Returns & Exchanges
Yes, as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Email us ASAP to cancel.
We verify each item on the order twice before shipping. Please double-check the packaging. Small items can sometimes be in the packaging material. If the product is not there, contact support, and we will offer a solution.
We will gladly accept the return of defective products due to manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make, resulting in the shipment of incorrect products to you, will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

If you purchased shipping insurance:
- Email us photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging within 14 days, and we’ll offer a solution
If you did not purchase insurance:
- File a claim directly with the courier
- You may be eligible for partial reimbursement, but coverage is limited
- Contact us and we’ll assess the situation and provide any assistance where possible.
Shipping insurance is an optional add-on at checkout that protects your orders from discrepancies, theft, damage, or loss while in transit. By selecting this plan, you secure your order’s full value, with a guaranteed replacement or refund if any issues arise during shipping.
