This is the first thing you should check, so let's get it out of the way. You have a wholesale account, so you can already buy these crystals at half of suggested retail. The package is still less than that.

Wholesale is 50% off suggested retail, so roughly $10,000 of retail value is about $5,000 to you. The package is $3,990. The course and tools are our own published prices — you can check them on the course page.

Why the account went quiet
I've asked enough people now that the answers have stopped surprising me. One of these is usually it.
"I logged in and froze."
Nine thousand products, forty kinds of amethyst, three grades of everything. You came for an answer and got a catalogue. Most people close the tab and mean to come back.
"I didn't know how much to buy."
One pound of tumbled stones or ten? Two bracelets or forty? Getting this wrong is the expensive mistake, and nobody wants to make it with their own money on their first try.
"I wasn't sure what would sell here."
What moves in a Kitchener shop isn't what moves in a Calgary one or a seaside town. Fair. But the 20% that sells everywhere is remarkably consistent, and I know what it is.

Roughly a third in the $4–$12 impulse band that funds your week, a quarter in bracelets and pendants, the rest in gifting and one or two statement pieces.

The questions I actually get
I already get 50% off. Isn't this just my normal discount?
No, and it's the right question. Your wholesale price on roughly $10,000 of retail value is about $5,000. This is $3,990 — about $1,010 below what you can already buy it for — and the course, the two calls, the pricing calculator and the eBook library come with it. If the arithmetic went the other way I'd have told you to just log in and order.
My account is ages old. Is it still active?
Almost certainly yes — we don't close wholesale accounts for inactivity. Log in and you should see wholesale pricing straight away. If you don't, email me and I'll sort it in a minute rather than making you reapply.
Can I just order a few hundred dollars of stock instead?
Yes, and some of you should. There's no minimum order and there never has been. If $3,990 is more than your situation calls for, email me what you're working with and I'll put a smaller list together — no charge for that, and no hard feelings if you take the list and order it yourself.
I applied out of curiosity and I'm not actually a shop.
Then don't buy this. Genuinely. Keep the account for when you need it — it costs nothing to leave open, and you get wholesale pricing the day you do start.
Can I choose what's in it?
You have to. That's call one. We build the list together and I send it to you; nothing gets packed until you've said yes. If you don't want amethyst geodes there will be no amethyst geodes.
I don't want the course and the eBooks.
Fine — ignore them. They're included because they cost me nothing to add and they help most people, not because you have to use them. The price is the same either way.
How long until it ships?
Most packages leave within 5–10 business days of call one. If you have a hard opening date, say so on the call and we'll work backward from it.
What happens if it doesn't sell?
Eligible pieces come back for store credit for a full year, so you swap a slow shelf for something that moves. It's an exchange, not a cash refund — clearance, live-sale, custom and one-of-a-kind pieces are excluded, and your assortment is built from regular eligible stock so the protection applies to it.
