Walk our warehouse with one of our crystal buyers on a live video call. See anything up close, ask anything, and get a cart built for your shop.
How it works
- Book here. Pick a weekday and a time, choose Google Meet or FaceTime, and check out. It is free, so there is nothing to pay.
- We confirm by email. Within one business day we confirm your time and send the Google Meet link (or note your number for FaceTime).
- Shop live with us. One of our team walks the warehouse with you on camera, shows you anything up close and answers your questions.
- We build your cart. After the call we send you a cart with everything you picked, so you can check out when you are ready.

Good to know
- The call is free and there is no obligation to buy
- Calls run up to 30 minutes, Monday to Friday, at 10:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 6:00 PM (Eastern Time)
- Book at least 24 hours ahead; no calls on weekends or statutory holidays
- Your normal account pricing applies: wholesale if you have an approved wholesale account, retail if not
- Pieces you pick are held until the end of the next business day; one-of-a-kind pieces are not reserved until they are paid
- Shipping is charged at checkout as usual
- Need another time? Reply to your confirmation email and we will move it
Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. The call costs nothing and there is no obligation to buy. Checkout shows $0, so you do not need to pay anything to book.
Who is it for?
Shop owners, practitioners and collectors who want to see our stock before they order, and anyone planning a bigger order or a gift run.
Do I get wholesale pricing?
If you have an approved wholesale account, yes: the cart we send you shows your wholesale prices. Not approved yet? Apply on our Wholesale page before your call.
What time zone are the calls in?
Eastern Time (Toronto). Calls start at 10 AM, 1 PM or 6 PM Eastern, Monday to Friday.
Can I book on a weekend or a holiday?
Not for now. Calls run Monday to Friday and we are closed on statutory holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, Boxing Day, New Year's Day and Family Day.
Will you hold what I pick?
Yes, until the end of the next business day. One-of-a-kind pieces are first come, first served until they are paid.
What if I need to change my time?
Reply to your confirmation email and we will find a new time that works.
Do I need a camera?
No. You can keep your camera off and just watch. You will want sound on so you can ask questions.
