Why we do it
Most of you don't buy crystals once. You restock: your shelves, your studio, your workshop, your altar. We wanted a reward that fits how you actually shop.
- It rewards the orders you already place. No hoops, no point tables, no tiers to climb. Order $200 and you've earned it.
- It lowers the cost of your next restock. If you run a shop, 5% back is margin you keep. If you shop for yourself, it's money toward the next piece you've had your eye on.
- It's automatic. You don't need a code to remember or an app to install. It sits in your account and comes off at checkout when you're signed in.
- We'd rather thank loyal customers than chase new ones with coupons. Every order you place helps our Kitchener team keep bringing in new stones, so we give some of it back.
Good to know
- What counts toward $200: products after discounts, not shipping or tax. Wholesale pricing counts too: earn 5% on your wholesale total.
- When it lands: when your order ships (or at the till for in-store purchases). You'll get an email with the amount.
- If something was out of stock: you keep your reward. If you ordered $200+, you earn 5% on everything we shipped.
- How long it lasts: 120 days. We'll remind you 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before it expires.
- How to spend it: sign in to your account online, or ask at the counter in store. Your whole balance comes off automatically.
- Returns: if you return items, the 5% earned on those items comes back off your balance.
- Each order counts on its own. Two orders can't be added together to reach $200.
- Where it doesn't apply: invoiced and live-sale orders can't take Restock Cash at payment (spend it on your next online or in-store order instead). Orders placed through Faire don't earn Restock Cash.
Questions
Do I need to sign up?
No. Every customer with an account earns Restock Cash automatically on $200+ orders. Just check out while you're signed in so it attaches to your account.
Where do I see my balance?
Sign in and go to your account. Your Restock Cash balance and its expiry date are shown there, and it appears at checkout too.
Can I use part of it and save the rest?
Shopify applies your whole available balance at checkout. If your order is smaller than your balance, the rest stays in your account for next time.
Does it work with discount codes and sales?
Yes. Discounts apply first, then your Restock Cash pays for part of the total. Your 5% is calculated on what you paid after discounts.
Can I spend it on shipping?
Yes. Restock Cash works like a payment at checkout, so it covers your order total, including shipping.
I shop in USD. Does it work for me?
Yes. Orders placed in USD earn Restock Cash in USD, so it shows up when you check out in USD.
I ordered through a live sale. Did I earn?
Yes, live-sale orders of $200+ earn Restock Cash when they ship. You just can't use Restock Cash to pay a live-sale invoice, so spend it on your next online or in-store order.
Can I get it as cash or a refund?
No. Restock Cash is store credit for your next Stonebridge order and can't be exchanged for cash.
My Restock Cash expired. Can you bring it back?
Credit expires 120 days after it's issued and we send three reminders before then. If something went wrong, reach out to us and we'll take a look.
Your next restock is already cheaper.
Order $200+ and 5% comes back to you. Order $300+ and shipping is on us too.
