Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at any time before shipping.

 

The product I received was not what I was expecting

We will gladly accept the return of defective products due to manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

 

How do I return the product(s)?

Simply send us a message here or email support@stonebridgeimports.com about your order and we will be in touch with you to discuss the next steps to have your item(s) returned. Please include the following information in your message/email:

• Order number
• Product(s) you are wanting to return
• Product SKU
• Quantity
• Reason for returning
