What happens if it doesn't sell
This is the question that stops most people, so here is the actual policy rather than a reassuring sentence.
The 365-day exchange
For a full year from your order, eligible pieces that aren't moving can come back for store credit toward something that will. Not a cash refund — an exchange. It's how you fix a slow shelf without eating the loss.
What's excluded
Clearance, live-sale and off-truck buys, custom orders, earrings, one-of-a-kind pieces and digital items are not exchangeable. Your Shop-in-a-Box assortment is built from regular eligible stock, so the protection applies to it.
And the honest limit: the exchange covers you on the stock. It doesn't cover you on foot traffic. If nobody walks past your door, no supplier on earth can fix that — which is exactly what call two is for.
Questions people ask before they buy this
Do I need a wholesale account to buy this?
No. That's the point of it. The package is a one-time purchase at a fixed price, straight through checkout. Once you've bought it we'll walk you through opening a wholesale account for your reorders, which is free and usually approved the same business day.
Is this $10,000 of product at your cost, or at retail?
Retail. It is roughly $10,000 in suggested retail value — what the crystals are expected to sell for on your shelf at Stonebridge's suggested retail prices. It is not $10,000 of wholesale cost, and we're not going to imply that it is. What you're getting is a full opening floor, chosen for your store, below what the same assortment would cost you to buy piece by piece.
Can I choose what's in it?
Yes, and you have to — that's call one. We build the list with you and send it over. Nothing gets packed until you've approved it. If you hate amethyst geodes, there will be no amethyst geodes.
I'm not opening a whole crystal shop, just adding crystals. Is this still for me?
If you're building a serious crystal section — a wall, a full case, a dedicated room — yes. If you want one small shelf by the till, this is more than you need. Start with a wholesale account and a few hundred dollars of tumbled stones instead. We'd rather tell you that than take $3,990.
How long until it ships?
Most packages leave within 5–10 business days of call one. If you have a hard opening date, tell us on the call and we'll work backward from it.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes, and shipping is included. You are the importer of record, so US duties and any brokerage are yours — we'll give you the numbers before you commit so there are no surprises at the door.
What if I want to spend more, or less?
Call us on 1-877-859-4367. $3,990 is the packaged version because a fixed price makes the decision easy. Bigger and smaller builds are both possible, they're just quoted rather than bought off a page.
Is the price negotiable?
No. It's already below what the same assortment plus the course plus the sessions cost separately, and it's the same number for everyone.
Can I pay in instalments?
Not on this page. If terms would make the difference, call 1-877-859-4367 and ask — we also sell on Faire, which offers 60-day terms to qualifying retailers, and we can talk about building something similar there.
Who am I actually talking to on the calls?
Stonebridge staff who sell this stock every day and who also run our own retail store, The Rock Space, in Kitchener. Not a call centre and not a sales script.
