Bead bracelet FAQ
Will they fit my customers' wrists?
Our bead bracelets are one size and strung on stretch cord, so they fit most adult wrists. Some styles run snug on a larger wrist. If you need a specific fit for your store, contact us before you order and we will tell you what we have.
How do I make the stretch cord last?
Roll a stretch bracelet on and off rather than pulling it wide over the hand, keep it away from water, lotion and perfume, and store it flat. Share the same tip with customers at the till; it saves you returns.
Which bead size should I stock?
8 mm is the classic, bold size and our most-stocked. 4 mm is subtle and stacks well. Chip bracelets use small natural nuggets and are the lowest price point. 2-3 mm dainty bracelets are fine and faceted. Every product page has a size card with the beads shown next to a dime.
Are the stones real?
Yes, unless the title says otherwise. (Enhanced) means the stone is dyed, heated, electroplated or stabilized. Goldstone, opalite and cherry quartz are man-made glass and are labelled that way. It is in every title and description so you can tell your customers.
How do I get wholesale prices?
Apply for a free wholesale account. Once approved you see your price on every page, including the bulk order page, and you pay it at checkout.
How do the bundles work?
Each bundle is one of each bracelet listed in it, 10% off the price of buying them separately. It ships as the individual bracelets. Bundles are built from bracelets we have plenty of in stock.
What does Backorder mean on the bulk order page?
A few bracelets can still be ordered when we have none on the shelf. We ship them once they are restocked. Contact us if you need a date before you order.

We label every treated or man-made material in the title and description: (Enhanced) for dyed, heated, electroplated or stabilized stones, and (Synthetic) or a clear note for man-made glass such as goldstone and opalite.
