Stonebridge Imports is looking for a Part-Time Warehouse & Retail Associate who brings energy, initiative, and a growth mindset to work every day. We want someone who takes feedback well, enjoys learning, and isn’t afraid of heavy lifting, repetitive tasks, or pitching in wherever they’re needed.

This isn’t a traditional warehouse job. We are also a busy retail establishment, so you’ll move between physical warehouse work, technology-based systems, order fulfillment, and helping customers. Previous retail or customer service experience is required.

If you’re dependable, tech-savvy, comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, willing to climb ladders, and happiest when there’s plenty to do, you may be exactly who we’re looking for.

What You’ll Do:

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately
• Sort, size, bag, label, sticker, and shrink-wrap products
• Receive, move, organize, and replenish inventory
• Safely handle crystals, minerals, and other heavy or fragile products
• Use scanners, computers, and our warehouse and inventory-management systems
• Assist retail and wholesale customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Use hand tools, packing materials, pump carts, and pallet jacks
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and retail areas
• Help teammates and shift priorities as business needs change
• Complete other tasks as needed to support the team and keep operations moving

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience
• Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and digital workplace systems
• Able to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working at height
• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability for occasional weekend shifts

Previous warehouse experience and experience using pallet jacks or pump carts are assets, but we are willing to train the right person.
